Return Policy

We want you to feel confident trying our skin salve.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product purchase price.

How Returns Work

• Returns must be initiated within 90 days of when your order was delivered.

• Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return.

• To start a return, please contact us at support@thisnotthat.com with your order number.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

• We may request photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

• Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

• This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website.
